Symptoms of Sleep Apnea

You may be like millions who don't even know they have it.

Are you waking up exhausted or with a headache every morning?
Do you have trouble sleeping through the night?
Do you snore excessively?

If you answered “yes,” to any of these questions, you might suffer from sleep apnea.

Sleep apnea is a serious condition where you stop breathing during your sleep. This issue causes your throat to collapse and restrict the flow of oxygen through your nose or mouth. If left untreated, it could lead to more severe health problems.

Here are some of the most common symptoms:

  • Snoring
  • Headaches
  • Waking up due to interrupted breathing
  • Constant fatigue
  • Severely dry mouth upon waking up
  • Lack of dreaming

Our Sleep Solutions

We team-up with your medical physician to guide you to more peaceful sleep.

Home Sleep Test

We now offer at-home testing for sleep apnea and bruxism.

To help you get a good night’s sleep, we first have to understand what is causing your interrupted nighttime routine. The best way to do so is through a home sleep test.

This home sleep test consists of a simple breathing monitor that tracks your breath cycles, oxygen levels, and breathing effort. It measures any pauses in your breathing patterns that could indicate sleep apnea.

We’ll partner with your medical physician to administer and interpret the test results. This way, we can make a precise diagnosis and determine the best course of action to follow in your specific case.

We will also be able to bill your medical insurance for these tests.

Oral Appliance Therapy

Once we’ve made your sleep apnea diagnosis, we’ll determine if an oral appliance will be helpful to maintain proper airflow while you sleep.

Our appliances are similar to mouthguards or retainers in the way they support your jaw. However, their primary role is to keep your upper airway open while you sleep. The custom-design means the appliance is comfortable and will not interrupt your sleep.

These oral appliances are an effective, convenient, and non-invasive way to treat sleep apnea!
