One method we use is our At-Home Ultradent Opalescence™ Whitening Products. This system is recommended for patients looking for a professional whitening alternative to over-the-counter products. The prefilled trays can be worn in complete comfort and do not require any impressions.

Porcelain Veneers
Porcelain Veneers are an excellent option for those looking to cover over common tooth imperfections. If your teeth are gapped, cracked, crooked, or stained, we can transform your smile with porcelain veneers.
We offer two types of veneers at our Columbia dental practice:
- Prepared: With this method, your cosmetic dentist removes a small amount of your tooth structure (enamel) to make space for the new veneers
- Non-prepared: These veneers do not require any preparation or removal of tooth structure
Once we have determined the ideal approach, your dentist will send impressions of your teeth to our partner lab to create your porcelain veneers. While your new teeth are constructed, you may need to wear temporaries. However, after the veneers arrive, we can begin revamping your smile! We’ll carefully place the ultra-thin shells of ceramic porcelain over your teeth and drying them with a special UV light.

Dental Bonding
Dental bonding is an excellent solution if you are suffering from chipped, fractured, or discolored teeth.
With bonding, Dr. Judd and our dentists can use their artistic flair to craft a beautiful smile while hiding any apparent flaws.
This procedure involves using a tooth-colored composite resin to enhance the appearance of your teeth. First, the resin is layered onto your desired tooth/teeth and shaped to look natural. Once you are happy with the shape and color, your dentist hardens the material using a special UV light.
Dental bonding is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that offers a conservative approach. Plus, it only takes one visit to complete.
Laser Therapy
Laser dentistry is a modern and minimally invasive technique that allows our team of experts to provide more precise treatments. The major benefits include minimal discomfort and reduced healing times.
We also use this innovative technology to improve your dental experience by eliminating noise and vibration associated with conventional dental drills.
We use laser dentistry for a variety of services. However, one popular treatment is cosmetic gum treatment.
Using a dental laser, we remove the excess gum tissue to lengthen the size of your teeth and reduce the “gummy smile” appearance. This is also known as crown lengthening.
